At Manon, we adhere strictly to the criteria of good macarons: tall and porous cookies, seemingly thin and hard skin from the outside, and a chewy texture that melts in your mouth.

HOW MANON MACARONS ARE MADE?

1. INTENSE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT      
After searching and bencmarking the world, from Paris to Monaco, from London to Zurich, from Milan to Tokyo, and from Sydney to New York, Manon arrived at the perfect and authentic macaron recipe. Even world travellers find out macarons unique, perfect in texture, light in taste and balanced in sweetness. This is the result from intense research and development and endless passion.

2. CAREFULLY SELECTED INGREDIENTS

Manon macarons are made according to our unique and creative recipes using the finest almond powder and all-natural colorants sourced and mixed from the world's best. For the macaron filling, we use natural fruit pur�© and chocolate ganache. You may find a little touch of local spices added for variety and style.

3. PRODUCED IN DIFFERENT SIZES AND SHAPES

We form macaron into different shapes and sizes without loosing the basic macaron quality characteristics.  Our largest macaron is the Hermes macaron and has a diameter of 15 cm, 20 cm, 25 cm, which is currently the biggest macaron in the world.  We also make heart-shaped macarons in size small (Baby Pink Love macarons) and large (Ispahan macarons).  In the Easter season, we make an egg-shaped Toffee Easter macaron.  We also have square-shaped macarons to celebrate Fathers day.

4. FRESHLY PREPARED EVERYDAY

Two macaron cookies are sandwiched with a delicious choice of flavours.  The filling and the cookie are prepared fresh everyday.  As no preservatives are used, macarons can only withhold their good quality for around 3 days in room temperature, 5 days in a chiller, and 2 months in a freezer from the date of purchase.

5. BEAUTIFULLY ARRANGED OR PACKED

Manon macarons can be creatively assorted, arranged and packed according to suit any occassion.  Our myriad of macarons in different colors and flavours allow an arrangement of towers, stacks, and large cakes if desired.

Manon macarons are packed individually to preserve its hygiene and to protect it from breakage.  Each individually packed macaron can then be artfully packed as a gifts to your loved ones, colleagues, friends, family, or as gifts for weddings, birthday parties, or corporate gifts.
